Newark City Council meetings agenda's will be posted on this web page and at City Hall 72 hours prior to each meeting.  Emergency meetings may be posted less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.  Citizen comments are welcomed at each council meeting.  If you wish to make a comment to the City Council fill out the appropriate form, available at the meetings, and submit to the City Administrator prior to the meetings start.
