The City of Newark publishes all public notices in the Official City Paper, on this website, and at City Hall. (Some notices do not require newspaper publication). If you believe there is a posting error, please contact City Hall.

Those wishing to speak FOR or AGAINST any of the items listed below are invited to attend the respective meetings. If you are unable to attend and have comments, you may send them to the City of Newark and your input will be presented at the hearing.

Public Hearing
The City of Newark will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on July 15, 2010 at the Newark Public Library, 209 Hudson Street, in regard to the submission of an application to the Texas Department of Rural Affairs for a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) grant.
