Fence Permits

A site plan shall be submitted for review showing location of fence, height and fence materials.   (Examples below are for reference only, plan review can and may request additional information.)

Fence permit fee: $50.00.

24.9.3 Fences
24.9.3.1 Fences or Hedges in the required front yard of any nonresidential district shall not exceed three feet (3') in height and shall be at least 50% open.
24.9.3.2 No fence shall exceed eight feet (8') in height.
24.9.3.3 Fences shall be constructed of customary urban fencing materials and shall be aesthetically consistent with buildings and fences in the area.
24.9.3.4 All fences require permits.
